1 – Target and Scope
1.1 – Target
User is an individual, organization or business.
1.2 – Scope:
- X7PLUS’s processing of personal data (one or more operations affecting personal data such as collection, recording, analysis, verification, storage, modification, disclosure, combination, access, retrieval, recovery, encryption, decryption, copying, sharing, transmission, provision, transfer, deletion or other related activities) when you use products or services provided by X7PLUS.
- Personal data means information about you and all other information related to you, in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, images, sounds or similar forms on an electronic environment associated with a specific person or helping to identify a specific person. Personal data includes basic personal data and sensitive personal data.
- Online services, media, tools, applications, services related to the provision of X7PLUS’s products and services, regardless of the method you use to access or use them.
2 – Personal data processed by X7PLUS
To protect your rights at X7PLUS and comply with legal regulations when you use products or services provided by X7PLUS. Depending on the type of service you use, X7PLUS collects personal data about you, including information about you:

- Information you provide when generating requests from X7PLUS or from you.
Information is collected from many different sources such as: Through agreements/contracts concluded with you, through the information channels of authorized functional agencies, through the communication channels of X7PLUS and you, your interactions with X7PLUS employees, and even through other accounts that X7PLUS has a basis to assert are related to you; information you provide in response to surveys; information in the process of your participation in exchanges, discussions, dispute resolution or other relevant information you provide related to the use of X7PLUS’s services;
Furthermore, for the purpose of ensuring quality, service guidance, X7PLUS can monitor or record conversations with you or anyone on your behalf.
Information generated by X7PLUS’s system or support channels is as follows:
- Information recorded about you on the system such as identification code, AppID, and any other information that X7PLUS’s system creates to identify you when accessing and using X7PLUS’s products and services
- The information you provide on public information channels such as GetUP’s Fanpage, VietDVM’s Fanpage, Zalo, Tiktok, Youtube, Website, X7PLUS’s application.
- Other information that X7PLUS needs to fulfill its legal obligations according to legal regulations, international practices on providing software services, media, press and related services.
3 – Purpose of data processing
X7PLUS processes personal data for the following purposes:
3.1. To operate and provide X7PLUS services including:
- Provide services and features for you;
- Provide, maintain and improve X7PLUS products and services.
- Check, verify the accuracy, honesty, completeness of the information provided; evaluate, classify the level of risk according to Vietnamese law regulations;
- Protect your rights to activities using the services and features provided by X7PLUS. This includes processing information to facilitate your receipt of benefits through X7PLUS’s features and services, as well as creating conditions for related parties to recognize you in order to minimize confusion when your rights are exercised.
- Authenticate your information and access rights throughout the process of creating and using services (including performing obligations under agreements, contracts (in any form through the use of services provided by X7PLUS or in specific documents) between you and relevant agencies, organizations or individuals under legal regulations), cooperation between X7PLUS and you.
- Remember information so you don’t have to re-enter it during access or the next time you access the service.
- Contact you and partners about accounts, services, collaborative content through voice calls, SMS messages, GetUPChat or email or may be in writing or other forms;
- Check, evaluate creditworthiness and payment ability or evaluate, detect and/or remedy fraud, forgery or prohibited or illegal behavior.
- To protect you from fraudulent use of your information for wrong purposes, X7PLUS may collect information about you and your interactions, evaluate computers, phones and other devices that you use to access X7PLUS services to identify any software or unauthorized activity.
- Other information to evaluate compliance, compliance and continued compliance with all your obligations under the Service Usage Agreement, General Terms and Conditions, Electronic Contract, regulations, warnings, notices publicly posted by X7PLUS on https://getup.vn or information to each customer via SMS messages, Notify, GetUPChat, phone or other tools.
3.2. To perform compliance activities with legal regulations, requests from management agencies for X7PLUS business activities.
3.3. Perform X7PLUS’s commitment to suppliers of goods and services that you buy and sell (if any, not including personal information as prescribed by law used for your identification);
3.4. Manage access and implement safety, security and integrity measures for services provided by X7PLUS to you.
3.5. Support you: Through the information collected, X7PLUS carries out the best support activities for issues arising during your use such as answering questions, supporting reconciliation, complaints, monitoring, improving customer support services, …
3.6. Research and development: X7PLUS may use the collected information to serve research and development activities to improve service quality, manage and protect information, service technical systems, measure service performance and improve products and services provided by X7PLUS.
3.7. Promote and introduce products, services, promotional programs, research, surveys, news, updates, events, advertisements and related content about X7PLUS services and services of partners cooperating with X7PLUS. Specifically for the implementation of marketing activities, product advertising:
- The advertising and advertising of products (if any) will be carried out by corresponding methods, online/offline under your approach;

3.8. X7PLUS’s procedures and legal requirements may use the collected information to investigate or resolve complaints or disputes related to your use of the service, or other activities permitted by current law.
4 – Processing, providing, information, personal data.
4.2. In the case of processing personal data, providing information at your request, that request may be in writing, or through the service feature provided by X7PLUS, email, phone or any other form that records the content of your request or agreement.
4.3. In case You are a child, You agree that:
- Except for cases of processing personal data without consent under Article 17 of Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2023 on Personal Data Protection (of the Government of Vietnam), X7PLUS has the right to collect your consent and the consent of your parents or guardians as prescribed.
- Unless otherwise provided by law, X7PLUS will stop processing your personal data, delete data that cannot be restored or delete your personal data in the following cases: (i) X7PLUS has completed the purpose of processing personal data that you have agreed to; (iii) Your parents or guardians withdraw their consent to allow the processing of your personal data; (iv) at the request of competent authorities when there is sufficient evidence to prove that processing personal data affects your rights and interests.
5 – Storage period
X7PLUS stores information to perform legal obligations under Vietnamese law and international financial practices, and/or legitimate business purposes of X7PLUS under the provisions of law and regulations of the State Bank (Vietnam).
The storage is carried out on the principle of ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, and international standards and practices on storage and processing of information in the financial and monetary sector in which X7PLUS participates.
The storage time may be carried out at a minimum according to legal regulations for each type of collected information, and the services and features that you use.
6 – Adjusting, withdrawing, deleting, canceling information
6.1 – Exercise the right to access and edit personal data.
If you are the data subject, depending on the type of service provided by X7PLUS that you use, you have the right to view and request to edit your personal data.
Depending on X7PLUS’s support capability at each time, viewing and editing your personal data can be done directly through the channel announced by X7PLUS.
In case X7PLUS’s web/app does not support online viewing and editing, you can exercise your access and editing rights through requests to the receiving channels listed below.
You commit and guarantee that accessing the web/app (with support for viewing and editing personal data) as well as sending requests to the receiving channels listed below to request viewing/requesting editing of personal data is done by you or by a legally authorized person, according to procedures prescribed by X7PLUS.
In case the personal data you provide is replaced or the request for editing or the person requesting editing is invalid, or belongs to cases prescribed by law that cannot be edited, X7PLUS has the right to refuse your request for editing.
6.2 – Withdraw consent
The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of X7PLUS’s data processing that you agreed to before withdrawing your consent.
To withdraw your consent, you can do so by sending a request to the support channels listed below.
However, withdrawing your consent may mean that X7PLUS will no longer be able to provide you with the products/services supplied by X7PLUS, and X7PLUS may need to terminate your current relationship and/or contract with X7PLUS and not compensate you for any losses.
6.3 – Request to delete, cancel personal data
You can send a request to delete or cancel your personal data at any time by sending a request to the support channels of X7PLUS as stipulated in the GetUP Usage Agreement for guidance.
Except for cases where the law stipulates that personal data cannot be deleted or canceled, upon receiving your request, depending on the type of personal data you want to delete or cancel, as well as information about your use of the service and current legal regulations for the services provided by X7PLUS that you use. Completely deleting your data will be done after the storage time according to the legal regulations governing the service you are using. In case you use multiple services with different storage times prescribed by law, X7PLUS will apply the longest storage period.
In case there are no other legal provisions or you do not fall under the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 16 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (of the Government of Vietnam), X7PLUS will delete data within 72 hours after receiving your request.
After the 72-hour period from the time of receiving your request to delete personal data, if you need to use any services provided by X7PLUS again, you agree that you will have to carry out activities to provide information and personal data related to the service that you want to use as a new customer of X7PLUS.
Your request to delete your personal information may mean that X7PLUS will not be able to continue providing products/services provided by X7PLUS to you, and X7PLUS may need to terminate your current relationship and/or contract with X7PLUS and not compensate for any of your losses. X7PLUS reserves the right to refuse to delete your personal information according to the current legal regulations.

Except for cases where the notification content of modifications, additions, or replacements has different provisions on the effective time, the modifications, additions, or replacements will be applied immediately at the time of public announcement. Within the scope permitted by law, your continued use of services provided by X7PLUS is equivalent to your agreement with the updated content in this policy.
